Challenges: Very tight job-site, excavating around existing utilities, and working alongside other trades.
Brubaker Grain
Adding a grain bin to the existing facility
Challenges: Over excavation, fill, and compaction to stabilize the base for foundation bearing.
QuikTrip
New fueling station truck stop located in West Chester, OH.
Challenges: Full concrete parking lot with dowel baskets at every contraction joint.
The Flights Apartments
A new student housing facility for the University of Dayton.
Challenges: A 36,000sf slab with many plumbing & electric penetrations alongside thickened slabs.
Storage of America
This Dayton location included 13 total buildings - encompassing over 79,000 square feet
Challenges: Fast spaced schedule required multiple buildings to be completed simultaneously to meet the deadlines.
Reserve of Sugarcreek
A large multi-family development in Centerville, OH.
Challenges: Construction commenced in January, meaning a cold and muddy start, but the consistent design between building types allowed for very efficient crews and high production.
Rushlight Ventures
A new construction HQ located in Miamisburg, OH.
Challenges: Poor soil remediation for the foundations and a large decorative stamped concrete patio.
Platinum RV
An RV Storage facility spread across 3 different buildings.
Challenges: The cold weather forced us to adapt to the conditions, but we were still able make large pours to stay on schedule.
