Speedway Remodel
An existing fueling station undergoing a massive overhaul, located in London, OH.
Challenges: While the existing store is staying operational, over 100,000sf of asphalt paving is being removed and replaced with heavy duty concrete paving.
QuikTrip Brookville
A brand-new fueling station located in our own hometown of Brookville, OH.
Challenges: Pour-soil bearing required a specialty installment of concrete caissons for the canopy foundations drilled 18 feet deep.
Day Air Ballpark
Addition to the Dayton Dragons baseball stadium in downtown Dayton, OH.
Challenges: Very tight job-site, excavating around existing utilities, and working alongside other trades.
Brubaker Grain
Adding a grain bin to the existing facility in West Alexandria, OH.
Challenges: Over excavation, fill, and compaction to stabilize the base for foundation bearing.
Renew Miami Chapel
A low-income neighborhood development project in Dayton, OH, including interior slabs and sidewalks.
Challenges: The site layout includes nine-buildings in a tight formation, making clear coordination with other trades and general contractors important.
Storage of America
This Dayton location included 13 total buildings - encompassing over 79,000 square feet
Challenges: Fast spaced schedule required multiple buildings to be completed simultaneously to meet the deadlines.
Reserve of Sugarcreek
A large multi-family development in Centerville, OH.
Challenges: Construction commenced in January, meaning a cold and muddy start, but the consistent design between building types allowed for very efficient crews and high production.
Easton Farm
Once the location of a local farm market in Springboro, OH, this is now the site of a multi-family housing project.
Challenges: Over ten apartment buildings and one clubhouse set on a rapid timeline forced us to maintain a tight schedule and efficient use of manpower.
CRC Building 1
A four-story, 87,000+ square-foot office building in Fairborn, OH.
Challenges: Large elevated deck pours required extra safety precautions and extensive coordination with steel erectors.
Rushlight Ventures
A new construction HQ located in Miamisburg, OH.
Challenges: Poor soil remediation for the foundations and a large decorative stamped concrete patio.
